  I've been to this office twice and unfortunately have to go there tomorrow morning. My first experience there was horrendous. The male worker was incompetent at his job. He after being very rude and not listening to what I was telling him asked a co worker for help. He then wouldn't listen to the directions the coworker was giving him until the coworker said ok and started to walk away. Finally after 21/2 hours I was done and had to call another office to have his work corrected. Today I went in to sign a payee form and was told it would be 2-3 hours before I was seen because I had a person before me whom had been already waiting 2 hours to see someone. The explanation was that only certain people can do SSI work. I left and attempted to make it to the Easton Pa office which is 40 minutes from the Bridgewater office. Unfortunately I didn't reach the office in time. I plan to be the first one at the Bridgewater office tomorrow. I'm expecting disappointing results. I hope I'm wrong. I would give this office a D- rating . I would suggest that some retraining be given to those there that are in need.

  i applied my ssn in Jan 5th. until i didn't receive my ssn card. customer service also very bad. i give them 1 star. but without hitting 1 star my post was not submit. that's why i gave it.

  Nota Bene: The new Social Security office is wonderful . Also note that service access is very reasonable time wise. A new Kiosk allows easy entering of your social security number a receipt is printed and dispensed by the Kiosk . This number will be posyed on the screen facing your seating area and you will be called via speaker of which SS Booth to go to for processing. Please know that the SS Administrators are extremely knowledgeable and present you with a global review of what Social Security will do for you . I do not believe that i can name who I met with but do want to say that she is rated by me as a 10 out of 10 ( 10 ) being the best rating.
